Wer nachhaltige Entwicklung f\u00f6rdern m\u00f6chte, muss mehr tun als kurzfristige Probleme l\u00f6sen. Genau deshalb verfolgt Earth C Air seit seiner Gr\u00fcndung den Ansatz der Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe.<\/p>

Dieser Gedanke pr\u00e4gt s\u00e4mtliche Projekte der Organisation. An erster Stelle steht die Ausbildung <\/b>von Rettungskr\u00e4ften<\/b>. Daran gekoppelt in der gesamten Rettungskette sind ebenso die Gesundheitsversorgung <\/b>nach der Rettung und ebenso Bildungsthemen wie Schulbau. Die Menschen vor Ort werden nicht nur unterst\u00fctzt, sondern aktiv in die Projekte eingebunden. Sie bringen ihre Erfahrungen, ihre Arbeitskraft und ihr Wissen ein. Dadurch entstehen L\u00f6sungen, die von den Gemeinschaften selbst getragen werden.<\/p>

Dieser Ansatz schafft Verantwortung und Identifikation. Ausbildungsprogramme werden gestartet und langfristig gef\u00fchrt, medizinische Einrichtungen betrieben \u00a0Schulen werden gepflegt. Die Wirkung endet nicht mit dem Abschluss eines Projekts, sondern entwickelt sich \u00fcber Jahre hinweg weiter.<\/p>

Besonders in abgelegenen Bergregionen Nepals zeigt sich, wie wichtig dieser Ansatz ist. Nachhaltige Ver\u00e4nderungen entstehen dort, wo Menschen die M\u00f6glichkeit erhalten, ihre Zukunft selbst mitzugestalten.<\/p>

Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe bedeutet nicht, Menschen allein zu lassen. Es bedeutet, sie dabei zu unterst\u00fctzen, eigene St\u00e4rken zu entwickeln und vorhandene Potenziale zu nutzen.<\/p>
